Meet the Executive Team

 
 Dan Russell, President and CEO
Dan Russell, former Vice President of Intel Corporation leads PowerMand.  During his 21 years at Intel, he held positions spanning technical, marketing and sales, and ran several large business groups. His diverse achievements range from building a multi-billion dollar motherboard business to developing programs enabling software developers and solution integrators to optimize and deploy applications for Intel’s iA64 and iA32 architecture.  Dan holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho, and an M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.


 
 Andrew Steckley, CTO
Dr. Andrew Steckley leads PowerMand's technical capabilities. With more than 20 years experience in applied engineering and software architecture and development, Dr. Steckley has designed hardware and software systems for public and private sector applications, and is the author of several papers in the fields of data acquisition, wind engineering, and risk assessment. He has founded two engineering research firms and designed and deployed field data acquisition systems for environmental monitoring at petrochemical plants. He has performed advanced research and software development for such clients as the DoD, FEMA, Florida Power & Light, and the State of Florida.
 Dr Steckley holds advanced degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and the University of Western Ontario.


 
 Rob Buckingham, COO
Rob Buckingham is a fourteen-year Intel veteran with a broad background in finance, operations and information technology.  Mr. Buckingham held operational positions as Director of Sales Solutions, with responsibilities including sales commissions, sales force automation and customer master data management.  He previously served as the Director of Support Solutions, implementing customer support capabilities and managing Intel’s custom learning management system.  Rob’s extensive experience in IT initiatives includes eCommerce and Portal programs as well as managing eBusiness operations in Europe.  Mr. Buckingham began at Intel in 1994 and held a number of positions in Intel Finance. Prior to joining Intel he was a Senior Consultant with a regional accounting firm and earned his M.B.A. from the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon.
